A society is an association of several individuals combined using a mutual accord to deliberate, govern and act cooperatively for some communal purpose like sports music, culture etc.

Society Registration, under, The Society Registration Act. Society registration is maintained by state governments.

Requirements for Registration

  • Minimum of 7 or more persons
  • Selection of a Name
  • MOA/AOA
  • Covering letter mentioning the objective
